ping in SG and HK are INSANELY unstable at night after the new patch
will it be fix or will it be permanent

i live in asutralia my singapore ping used to be 40 now its 99
before the patch, it ABSOLUTELY CAN NEVER go pass even 55-60
now its 200-280
