stuck on sign in page
one of my friends says that she cant log into her valorant account anymore and that when she tries to log in it is just endlessly loading, she has tried restarting her computer and even uninstalling valorant and redownloading it several times
she is a good friend of mine and says that she might just quit valorant so i want to see if i can get any help to prevent this

open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

reboot the router wait for it to get connected to internet then reboot the pc```
