No answer for billing ticket on free plan
I opened a billing ticket 9 days ago but other than the automatic answer I didn't get anything back. I know that there are no SLAs on free plan but 9 days (and counting) seems too long, or is it normal? When could I expect a response?

I know there's been a lot of billing issues lately: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/wsjmr28lwxw3 and they've been behind. Were you bumping it with responses or anything, ticket number?
