Convert partition table from MBR to GPT?
Is it possible to switch to GPT from MBR on the disk Bazzite is installed without reformatting and reinstalling? I realized I had the issue when I tried to turn on ReBar in my bios, which turns off CSM and kept me from booting. There are articles online walking through how to do it with gdisk, but that doesn’t appear to be in brew. Should I make a bootable gparted usb key and do it from there? Is there an easier way?

Closing the loop in case someone searches this in the future. I just wiped the drive and reinstalled bazzite with default partition settings, this time with CSM off in my BIOS. I dunno if it was the most straight forward path but it worked. I can now boot with ReBar on.

I don't think you can change the partition table without reformatting
Or that that's required for booting through uefi
As long as you have an efi partition you should be able to add a boot entry with efibootmgr
