im lvl 20 and unranked why cant i q with my friends who are silver?

probably because you are either way below (or way higher) rank than your friends. yes, you are unranked, but i mean your current hidden rank.
you can play with anyone, if you are 5 in a party tho
Way over most likely cuz irons can q with silvers iirc
you need five stack to play with them because your rank is too lower than their rank
last time i played with 2 gold and 2 bronze we are blocked because our rank gold was too high for bronze
