riot banned me when I never used anything, I need help
I have tried to request an unban and they have not given it to me, I have never used cheats I am loyal to riot I need help pls

I have already sent many emails and they don't want to unban me, but that's the problem: I have never used cheats but riot doesn't want to unban me.
