VAN RESTRICTION: SECURE BOOT VERIFICATION FAILURE

Hello, Anyone know a fix to the VAN RESTRICTION: SECURE BOOT VERIFICATION FAILURE message? I have updated BIOS to the latest version, made sure TPM is enabled, and verified that secure boot is enabled.
