eBay, grailed, Poshmark, depop, secondhand stores, thrift store, pop up markets if that's a thing near you. Sometimes dudes just set up clothing racks on the street here til the cops kick them out

i’ve heard mixed reviews from others but i’ve also had decent experiences on Grailed, though it tends to be pricier than Ebay, Depop and Poshmark
embrace the art of the lowball/offsite
definitely use Ebay like others suggested though. search for brands you like or teams you like with vintage in front “vintage Denver nuggets” for example or “vintage carhartt” things like that (idk what you’re into but those are just examples)
