Riot games unable to log in support site.

I asked for a refund for one of my ingame skin. Valorant said yes, and told me I only have the last step of choosing what i want to refund. Riot gave me a link that leads to the refund support site. Since that email, It says "unable to connect to support site" when I visit the website. PLEASE HELP I have my dream skin on the store.
