N has a lone pair jo vo donate kr sakta so +M effect (which dominates -I as hades said)

para posn pe due to reso you can see a del - sign, now the compounds with grps that can neutralize this del - will make it stable
NH2 has lone pair and donating it would make the - charge unstable
