does the billing page show everything you can be charged for?
just want to confirm that there's no hidden page im missing and that the "Billable usage" page shows everything?
first time using workers + queues and dont wanna hit an unexpected bill.

also looks like d1 is missing..
that doesnt exactly make cloudflare sound like a welcoming place for devs....
bill shock is a massive issue, i shouldnt need to check 20 different places to find out how much ill be paying at the end of the month.
