account locked out
One morning I logged in to see my valo got locked out. Fyi I had to change from wifi to mobile data multimedia times due to a thunderstorm ruining the wifi. Idk if it's due to multiple ip changes or smth but it's locked out. Also it wasn't hacked.
I tried to send a ticket for recovery to support but the site says "the page you are looking for is not available". I tried through different ticket category and it still showed the same message or doesn't appear in my tickets page.
pls help.
