Disable ipv6 and set ur dns to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4. Uninstall riva tuner statistics if u have it. Give exceptions to vanguard, riot client and valorant in ur firewall. Uninstall vanguard, valorant and riot client using control panel in this order. Then download riot client again and download valo and vanguard.

Tpm could cause an issue, test with tpm enabled and disabled (thats what gamerdoc had me try)

I’m guessing you did it through windows
There are ways to keep your files
A usb will also allow u to keep files anyway
This error normally happens due to software or a driver, so a full reinstall is required
But if u choose that
If there’s a recovery environment
And you have a new version of Windows
Which, there is in most cases
Some older versions of windows don’t have the ability to do that because of version mismatch
Between the USB and your windows installed
