Riot Games Email Scam
Hey, my riot games account email has been changed to a russian email. I'm pretty sure i got scammed by someone (thats how they got my email changed). They don't have my password or access to my account that i know of. I don't have any credit card information in valorant and nothing in the game has changed. I can still play valorant on my account. When i go to Riot's support website i can't send in a ticket because of an error that keeps popping up: "you can't make in-game purchases from Russia." I can't change my email via account settings because it requires email verification and since thats not my email i can't get into the website to change it. Any ideas?

If you have forgotten your login credentials or your account has been compromised, you can try to recover your account by heading to the link below. Permanently banned or deleted accounts cannot be retrieved.

I was able to get a screenshot moments before it booted me off the website. this is the error:

agreed, but i can't change my email or get my account back because of this
why do you think it is because of that?
I'm not sure. i guess it could be because of something else but i don't know what. its the only error i have noticed
its safe to say that this "error"(its just a notification for people in russia, that they dont spam the support with "i cant buy vp") has nothing to do with you not being able to open a ticket
Well I can't submit a ticket if it doesn't let me on the webpage
I'm not from russia i'm from the US. so i'm guessing the scammer is from russia
