Is my answer wrong?

I have considered glucose and fructose to be two separate entities while distinguishing, like we do in the practicals, and not in a mixture. the given answer is true if they were in a mixture, since the mixture would only give a laevorotatory result with optical rotation. but if they were separete, optical rotation would give two different results for both glucose and fructose, right?

No but we would take individual components no? Fructose being Polyhydroxy-alpha ketone, will give red ppt with Fehling Solution Question mai ye thodi jonna hai ki mixture liye hai, we will treat fructose as individual component Simple se baat hai, Fructose kaha se Tollens Reagent ka test de paayega
