you either have to restart computer
or reinstall
but before you do that
i did
go to task manager
:P
OK
go to devices
on task manager
go to ruot client
and end task restart it and see if it works
still not working :(

you either have to completely reinstall the game and try
or uninstall riot and re download everything
Common issue just log out and log back in :)
