That is because you're in legacy mode Which does not support secure boot And yes you could have turned on secure boot But for Asus motherboards it's a little bit more complicated

You have too many partitions Sadly without just resetting your computer there's no way to help you further
--Rig--
--Rig--OP7mo ago
dang bruh whats wrong with the partitions? like why they adding up?
Saucywan
Saucywan7mo ago
Four partitions is the maximum you can have
--Rig--
--Rig--OP7mo ago
wait tho why do i have many partitions?
Saucywan
Saucywan7mo ago
To convert you to non legacy. You require an open partition aka one needs to be created. And since you're at the maximum right now; one can't be created so the process can't be continued
--Rig--
--Rig--OP7mo ago
dang so i rlly need to reset my pc?
Saucywan
Saucywan7mo ago
It is up to you ofc
--Rig--
--Rig--OP7mo ago

Restrictions are put in place depending on multiple factors Vanguard decides what restrictions are imposed
--Rig--
--Rig--OP7mo ago

Saucywan
Saucywan7mo ago
Technically yes I can check what partitions are important if you can open disk management
