Error : Van 1067
Hello Riot, with all due respect to you and all of your technical staff, but I'm really fed up with Van 1067. I already contacted one of your workers and he actually solved the problem by following the steps he asked me to do, but that damn bug came back again, Knowing that I followed the previous steps again, but to no avail. I ask you to help me because I'm starting to really love this game and I don't want to lose the fun of it like I lost the fun of other games. I greet you again and thank you.

I'm sorry to tell you that there is no official fix for the van 1067 error currently, which means you won't be able to play the game 😔
However on the good side, the devs are working to publish a fix/solution for the van 1067 error/bug. It might take time tho.
You can however try to do a complete windows reinstall, make a new user with admin privileges and only English letters on the computer and run your pc through a proxy with for example cloudflare WARP however It's not a guarantee fix tho !

i mean , what if i created a second microsoft after i download windows 10 like you said and when i turned on valo , they show me same problem ?
you dont need to create a new microsoft account
just a new user account on your computer
and you dont need to reinstall windows

cause i already contacted a guy using email and he already gived me some steps to follow it and it worked , and he told me after that if the steps didin't work he will give me anothe solution

1) Go to Settings for the Windows computer.
2) Click Time and language > Language and region > Administrative language settings > Change system locale.
3) In the Region Settings dialog, make sure that the Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support checkbox is selected. Click OK to save any changes.
4) Click Apply.
Next up, go to:
Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time.
There click on sync now.
