Marcia’s luxury and Balto in Hampden are some cool spots. Balto focuses more on vintage

my knowledge of baltimore is slightly dated so take this with a grain of salt (or come to DC and hang): - hunting point: sells both contemporary menswear (gramicci, wax london, and far afield among others) and vintage - sheep's clothing - imports goods from the uk/ireland and us artisans (read: expensive); iirc the brands rotate but a steady supply of wool and leather goods - angel park: boutique streetwear and basics, black owned and operated - eddie jacobs: trad menswear, with some trappings of ivy/preppy style (gitman bros, for example). iirc they did made to measure, i'm unsure if they still do so baltimore is a very good city to thrift in as well. beyond goodwll(s) in baltimore plus savers and value village in the suburbs there's also: - bottle of bread: all seasons vintage, 1880s - 1980s, plus home goods and local products - balto vintage: specialized in vintage hats but also has vintage denim, workwear, and often milsurp (also on etsy) - the thrift boutique: on par with goodwill in terms of offerings, maybe a little less expensive depending on where you're comparing it to - get shredded vintage: some menswear, usually 40s-70s; imo the breadth of their picks is high which is reflected in their pricing perhaps the 'best' aspect of baltimore shopping is the flea markets that pop up, notable ones include - patapsco flea market (sat/sun), - bmore flea (@bmoreflea, 1st/3rd sat), - the black mall (@bmoreblackmall, 3rd sun), and - vintagepalooza (@vintagepalooza). there's a lot of good individual sellers; two i have favorable views on are - stoked vintage (@stoked_vintage); lots of midcentury and ivy (there's a blue harrington i posted once in #styling-suggestions from stoked) and she also has a depop - whitco vintage (@whitcovintage, also on ebay); very good pricing for workwear, milsurp, americana, and accessories; he also tends to go to and shout out pop ups in and around baltimore/dc also, while technically not a seller conor of apocalypse duds (@realconornunez) is a baltimore native and will highlight/complain about shopping, especially if you're ivy- or trad-coded
