i cant open my account

It says credential not found so i tried resetting username and password, it emailed me but the account i am trying to recover is not there. I did not receive any in game warning about bans or suspension and most definitely did not get emailed by riot about change of email or password (enabled 2fa btw) #community-help

But i can open my other accounts though and I can even change the username of those accounts except my main
