Cannot install
Hey y’all I’m trying to install Bazzite on my desktop w/ a
5600x
16g DDR4 Ram
3080
After booting into my bios and booting from my usb (I’ve tried etcher, ventoy and the Fedora one) and I can get to the screen that asks me to choose to install, I choose that option, and I get the first 5 or so lines of code and then nothing. My computer just dies. Everything goes black and my monitor says it is receiving no signal.
Any idea what’s going on? I really want to give Bazzite a shot but as of right now I cannot.

Ah and since I cannot edit, I’m using the Nvidia KDE ISO directly from the website
It might be my flash drive. I have issues with getting fedora atomic to install as well. Gonna go buy a new one and test
Nope not the usb 😦
I would focus on getting Fedora to work, if even upstream isn't working there's probably nothing we can do to make this better
One thing you could check is make sure you aren't using legacy BIOS mode in your motherboard settings
I’m gonna be honest, I have no idea what’s going on. After brute forcing fedora to install like 30 times it finally worked and then I rebased to Bazzite and so far so good other than having issues with getting audio to work properly. It won’t come out of my DP monitor aux. Worked for a little bit then stopped again.
I fixed the audio!
