no wifi on rog ally

just did a fresh install of bazzite on rog ally. I dont see an network device at all. The only options i have under network are VPN and Proxy. Did i need to have wired network during initial install? I assumed drivers would work out of the box.

i saw one other user post this question but it seemed a reboot resolved there issue. I have hard power cycled multiple times now, no wifi.

The few times I've seen this it was because Windows was booted first

Sorry hold on Force of habit sudo dmesg > ~/Downloads/dmesg Then you can just copy that file to a drive or something

So I've heard of cases where someone had to boot windows first to "wake up" the wifi, then it started working in Linux Might've been a firmware update or something, not sure
