Singapore server ??? ping

Trying to play with my SEA friends from Melbourne. However I couldn't connect to Singapore server anymore since yesterday. I queued for a game and couldn't connect at all. Now it display ??? ping. ISP is Telstra

it's not unplayable for me
but i used to have 40-45 pings on sg
but now it's over 100 pings
it's the only server i play in so pretty frustrated
