How do i stop losing

I really wanna know how to rank up I have been trying my best but i cant its either myself or my teammates . I genuinely dont know what to do atp i got to 97/100 now i think im at 28/100 Its like rank game this act its the shittiest its ever been Its draining my mental to play this game knowing its 90% lost and 10 % win Playing rank is like gambling at this point
