Server ping isue

Hi , I live in Vietnam and the 2 main servers that I usually play on (most stable ping to play) is HK and SG. I want to play on SG with my friends but it's always on 100+ ping recently. I had never been like this in the past nor any of my friends had the issues, I'll be appreciated for any help given!
