My game always crashes while i play and then i get penalties for it
can anyone help me fix these crashes?

may be a drive issue, try installing valorant in your local C: drive
if not, keep your gpu drivers updated

is your valorant installed in your local C: drive which is by default?
if its by default then yes
may be a graphics issue
are your drivers up to date?
it's generally as graphics issue when it comes to crashes
if your pc is getting overclocked, try limiting your fps
and play on low graphics
and close unnecessary apps
including in your system tray
