server issue

I can't connect to singapore server for some reason, was about to play valorant when i noticed my horrible ping, suddenly it shows this? it was fine yesterday (singapore is the server i usually play on), my wifi is fine and i have a stable ping when I checked on ookla, anyone know how to fix this? my friend doesn't seem to have this problem

Solution:

UPDATE: the issue has been resolved, I think it's only a problem with the ISP, maybe they were adding something as I read a few reddit posts and people have the same problem because of their ISP
