ping issue

my ping was always under 70 on the worst server and got better the higher it went, recently every server spiked to hundreds of ping and the only one that didnt was virginia. Now that virginia does it too, is there any way to fix it?

Any chance you can let me know what ISP you've got? Also could you DM me a traceroute to 192.207.0.1?
