Cloudflare has limited control over inbound routing. They adversite routes "hey, here are these" and the ISP has the final decision over it. Your ISP has way more control over it, although idk which one you'd have better luck over. You could try collecting some trace routes and sending them to both CF's noc and your isp. Although I would ask, is this DTAG? They've been doing a lot of purposeful stuff with bad routing of CF traffic recently

Hey Chaika, thanks for the message, i don't know where could i contact CF's NOC, my ISP's NOC is useless, as im just a regular consumer, not a big company unfortuantely It was DTAG yes, currently i'm being routed to TATA, but its worse 😄

I would make sure to get an mtr (if on windows, winmtr) of that, showing where the packet loss/latency starts Not sure if they can do much though, DTAG is a bit special, they want paid peering/people to pay for their peering and if you don't you get your traffic sent over congested routes is my understanding, could try though. They were (and I think still are) routing free plan to East US in some cases
