why not N

Something to do with it being restrained + not tetravalent I think The fact that it's acting like a 3° degree anime is probably it

it is tetravalent and N, S they show isomerism too

I don't know the exact reason but it has something to do with being 3° carbon bonded n atom (basically brideghead) being so close to another chiral carbon It's too restrained to show isomerism If that makes sense somewhat

but i have done those questions in which they ask how many stereocentres like those big compounds like opium and heroin in those we do count N probably bridgehead might be the reason but i don't see the restrained idea too much

I was trying to say N is bridgehead that's why it's restrained Or something

so can we still count it as a stereocenter?

Yeah we can count it as a stereo centre but iss case me wo bridgehead ki wajah se isomerism nahi show karta (maine bhi yehi galti Kari thi 😔 )
