Does valorant no longer do one time exception refunds?
I requested for a refund on my upgraded used reaver vandal and wanted to use my one time exception refund on it but the Riot Dev I was dealing with said that the one time exception refund no longer exists. I am confused though as I have seen people refund their upgraded skins just recently yesterday

Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.

from EVERYTHING that i've seen, it really depends on who answers your ticket. i've seen some support agents deny a one-time exception and other support agents allow a one-time exception
seen like 8-10 threads about this and its a very confusing topic
considering it was able to work for me yesterday, i doubt they changed the policy in one day
Exactly I have seen many screenshots of people getting their skins refunded this week yet this riot dev is telling me you can no longer do it I’m extremely confused
Ive tried to get another riot dev but im forced to stay in the same ticket
I think its this specific person whos not accepting one time exception refunds as ive seen someone have the same dev decline his request so annoying tbh :/
but how would the policy change over 1 day? it just doesnt seem right ive seen multiple people have their skins refunded literally yesterday
they have the right to. they didnt need to offer any one time refund in the first place. so its a bit unlucky that you are a couple days late, but thats how it is
Im literally 1 valorant point away from buying a skin and i desperately need the refund this is really annoying :/

if its a small amount like 1
you can send art and they may give you the 1 VP

it doesnt matter if its good or not. just paint jett in ms paint for 2 minutes, then submit it! the spare vp should be on the account withing a few hours max
