VP points not added and money got deducted
I purchased a sum of 1850 VP on 18/04/2024 at 9:54 am in Indian time zone and my money got deducted from my bank account but my VP has not yet arrived yet and I wanted to purchased my favourite GAIA'S Phantom skin from store but I can't buy now as this skin comes very rarely, please help me out.
