Purchased VP but didn't get + No response
I purchased VP through UPI, but didn't receive them nor have I gotten a refund. My money was debited from the bank as well. Submitted a ticket but no response either. It's been like 9 hours now please help, kinda panicking

I facing same issue bro wanted to buy sovereign knife but now i dont have have my valo point,my knife or my money and i sent ticket to them and tried to contact moderator and admin but i can’t connect with them in this server
The estimated time for a response from Valorant support is within 3 days. Wait for at most one week, and then after that with no response, ask for an update in your ticket. This will reset your ticket in queue making it more likely support members will pick up your ticket
Don't send another ticket for the week btw
It will result in more wait time
And too many tickets will blacklist u
