how return dns type A
Howdy!
I would like to know if any of you know how to recover the dns type A or AAAA. I created a project with Pages, everything was going well until I decided to add a R2 service to the same domain, my Pages page was no longer seen. I deleted my domain from R2 but now I get an error 1006 and I get the message to configure my DNS type A, AAAA or CNAME, it should be noted that the CNAME is set. I have already added the IP that my domain provider (hostinger) gives me and it loads something but it is not my page, but their page. Even when the DNS (CNAME) make the proxy to cloudflared. Thank you in advance for your help.

Remove the domain from Pages and re-add it
I have done it 5 times 😅 , but when I re-enter the domain it takes the last configuration saved by cloudflared. And this last dns configuration is wrong.
are you sure you removed from r2?
Which is funny to me. If I add the R2 service again, it loads without problems the content that I saved so far, which is an image. Since I was thinking of using it to cache my website assets and have them separate from the code project.
Yes, i sure
@Walshy | Deploying How are you doing, I deleted the pages project again and integrated the domain. I got the same result 😦
the servicce R2 no have domain
this is error
ok 2 questions
1. What does the domain show as in Pages?
2. Do you have a CNAME record for Pages?
yes @Walshy | Deploying
when you go to Pages -> your project -> Custom domains
what does it look like?
I've never once seen "Idle" before :LuL:
but that's for root however your DNS record is for www
I just reactivated it, maybe it is this
you'll need a CNAME on root before that can ever activate
but if you want www to work, you'll need to add that too
okas, in this case, my CNAME is zeroline.dev ¿correct?
sorry for my bad english, i mexican jajaja
so here you have a
www
pointing to your root
but you don't have any CNAME on root
So while Pages is expecting root, there's no DNS record for it
root = zeroline.dev
then it would look something like this? or would it need something different? by the way idle is disabled.
you want to point it to the pages.dev
so
CNAME
@
<project>.pages.dev
i have error 😦
Are you looking at www?
If so, you'll need to add that to Pages custom domains
You would have to change the custom domain from zeroline.dev to www.zeroline.dev. Correct?
ready, thanks again
