Hi, recently I have noticed that all my comp games I've been gaining very little RR for wins (even if I am team MVP or even if I go positive KD), and the same amount for loses regardless of performance. Why is that?

Ur rank only moves fast if it's too high (or low) for your actual skill level. If it moves slowly, the game thinks yiou're in the right rank for ur skill.
Your MMR is a pretty big factor when getting/losing RR, performance is also a big factor. For example, if you are a silver and playing gold/plats, you gain more RR and lose less RR because they are out of your league. You get put into their games because of your perfomance. The better you perform, the better ranked games you will be placed into. Again, if you are a silver in bronze/iron lobbies, you will gain less RR and lose more RR. This is because you're a higher rank meaning you should be performing better against lower ranks.
