Any secondhand/thrift/vintage store should have a decent selection
Try goodwill if you're in the states

There are brands that specialize in bright shirts, although MFA generally has a pretty low opinion of them. Try Robert Graham, Bugatchi, Haupt. A lot of it is terrible, but you might find something decent.

I'm not saying it's terrible. I'm just saying MFA generally doesn't like it. It's subjective. If you like it, you should wear it.

Wear clothes you like, that make you happy.
Personally, I like bright shirts, so I was happy to make some recommendations.
Salo's suggestion to go thrifting is good too, btw.
