Recs for a slim fit undershirt that can still look nice/clean by itself?
I'm sick of the Hanes and FoTL garbage and want to upgrade. If possible, should be white/black and breathable or sweat-proof. Thanks.

For me, undershirts and tee shirts are different things.
That said, take a look at Uniqlo Airism. They have some that are clearly undershirts, but also some that are tees. They are part synthetic, and should handle sweat well. But the tees are going to be looser and boxier than the undershirts.
Agreeing with Jfarrell here - breathable/sweatproof tends to mean synthetic or semisynthetic, and I don’t really like that look for me in a t meant to be worn on its own
