Halmak Keyboard Layout Installation

I am one of few Halmak layout users, and I was wondering if it is known how to easilly install something like this given the atomic nature of the distro: https://github.com/mirrorsonthewall/halmaklinuxsupport

if you can package it as an rpm in copr you can just rpm-ostree install it if not then you will have to make a custom image and just copy the files over. (if you have no idea how to work with container images then check out https://blue-build.org ) idk if this would work in wayland though, not sure if wayland uses xkb files.

thank you, it is not packaged as an rpm, it's just two xkb symbols and rules files that I want to put on the root partition, but I will have to learn how to do that image think, thanks.

it is very easy to do if you read their setup guide 🙂 literally you drop it in the path you want it on github, the action runs and it is pushed to your own registry and you rebase to that and stay there. your image will be downstream from us and will continue to receive updates from us.

oh, sounds easy, thank you. I will try it when I have the time, thank you.
