Banned account for no reason.
Hei guys,this is my last option,riot is not responding to my tickets,and i dont know what else to do,i really do need help.
On the date of april 10.04.2024 my game started to show some problems,logging in i was already in someone elses matches,i didnt know what to do,my friends didnt help me then and i just got mad,tought it was a riot problem then,i have never played with hacks,or 3rd party services on my pc,dont like that,i have prof of ownership on that accout with alot of skins bought trough my personal debit card.
I stopped playing and left for my parents home for a couple of days,on returning home i found my account banned,i didnt play on my pc on those days because i live alone,and i have a pc pasword that no one knows.
Before leaving i have put my personal phone number on the account,while i was at my parents home i received confirmation codes on my personal phone,so i believe someone stole my valorant account.
At this point i am hopless and i really need guidance.

Ps: I tried making tickets to riot to no avail,the account is banned at this point.
Pss: The phone number i am talking about is linked to premier,if that helps.
Pss: At this point,i no longer have acces to the email linked to that account,i do not know why.

If Riot support denied your suspension appeal, then your ban will stay and won't be overruled.
