I'd probably want it a bit looser in the chest and belly, but that's a matter of personal taste.

Yes, I wondered if it would fall nicer in the back if it was a little looser...
And also I'm not sure if the length in the back is a bit on the long side.
the back length is fine i think? that extra horizontal seam in the back pockets might be throwing things off visually
It doesn't look too long to me. If anything, it might be a little short if you ever want to tuck it in.
