Universal SSL certificate stuck at Pending validation (TXT) for several days

I have been using CloudFlare since it was new for hundreds of domains and this is the first time this happens on a new domain I am adding. I have tried to disable and then enable again universal SSL but it did not help. I have also tried to turn on and off SSL. It cannot be a problem with DNS as it only contain 2 CNAME records and nothing else. On the CloudFlare status page I see no mention of any current problem in regards to SSL domain validation. What should I do? Thanks!

I found the solution. It was DNSSEC that was signed at the previous name servers and not unsigned before changing name servers to CF.
