skin refund
I tried to get my upgraded skin refunded yesterday (its my first time) but i got deny but both of my friends get their upgraded skins refunded.

The support seems to have updated the "one time exception" a few weeks ago. Seems like they dont do that no more.

Why would u even buy the skin in the first place then
if you cant refund upgraded skins then i accept that however my friends literally got them refunded and i have the proof while i dont get it

so has the one time refund been removed?
Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.
