Look up your network card in Device Manager (Windows -> Search "Device Manager")
Then on another device with internet access, go to the website of the manufacturer, in my case my card would be a Realtek, then search for your componnent on the website and download the latest driver.
Put that driver (most likely a .exe) on a USB stick, and put it in your computer, copy the file, launch it and you should be good to go.
