it says i can change my riot id today but its not giving me the option to do so

i think you need to wait until the time
so its like 90 days so it makes u wait for the exact amount of hours too
so if 90 days ago u changed ur username at like 5pm u have to wait until 90 days later AT 5pm
check again tomorrow to see if this problem still persists
