Wacy Curve Method doubt which i couldnt get a happy answer for on Google

I have mostly understood the concept however i am stuck on a smol problem i cant understand... in example 25 why are we taking 3 as a solution? same question in example 26 why are we taking -2 as a solution... A

In the above examples the question mentions that equality holds for x=3,2,-5 In question 25 If there was a strict inequality [<] then we wouldn't have added them to our solution set And for the denominators,it can't be zero hence even tho there is slack[≤,≥] or strict[<,>] inequality we wouldn't add them to our solution set{however they are indeed our critical points so the curve may change its sign while passing through them}

like you just see the roots for equal to zero condition here in question they were not included so we have to include them separately as independent elements in order to get the answer
