✅ how open winforms vs 2019
I have a problem with VS 2019 C#, I can't open winforms after saving it, I read a couple of articles on the internet and it didn't help, people say it's useless because winforms are broken in this version. I am a student who has never coded in C# and basically new to programming, please be understanding.

never heard of vs2019 being broken with WinForms, we used it for years to develop on WinForms

I have a project created with winforms and the problem is that I can't open winforms constructor to add elements, I can open and edit the code itself, the project starts and works but I can't open the constructor.
you mean the designer?
constructor is in the code behind
and has nothing to do with adding controls onto the form

Ok I was just shown how to open the project correctly so that when I open the form design file it opens too, I apologize for wasting your time and thank you for your help.
