Valorant Points paypal

Could someone help me with an error I have in Valorant? I'm trying to buy valorant points with paypal and it stays like this I've been trying all day

Looks like an issue on paypal's side U can still try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
