300MS In my own server!??!
Im in India and i get 30-50 ms usually in Mumbai but im getting 300ms constantly and 0% packet loss

To fix my ping issues I used cloudflare WARP. Download it off the official website and connect it, see if that fixes your issue. @Divyuスワラ
make sure its the real cloudflare not a fake website

i use the dns or the vpn
if it does not work maybe reinstall it?

do you know if 8.8.8.8 is faster or not?
i didint chnage the dns
