So I was banned perm banned and hwid banned ( for 4 months) for using "third party software". I got banned the day I downloaded my mouse software, after creating severals tickets I was still banned but I found out that I was banned for using an application associated with botting. So i found out that my mouse software which i got from the official website have a macro in it. In the valorant server they say that botting can be also associated with macros. I didn't know that on god. I only used it to change from optimal dpis.

We cannot help you with an HWID ban, you'll have to contact Riot support but it appears you already have. If they already denied your appeal, you'll have to wait 4 months to be unbanned given this is your first hardware ban.

Macroing can be a form of botting as people can create macros to AFK in games and level up accounts.

It's not a right or wrong scenario, it's Riot Games doing things their way. It won't be overridden since Vanguard rarely messes up with false bans. Even then, Riot Games investigates all appeals to ensure clarity of the ban is accurate.
Yes, i know, it was really accurate, but what im saying was i didn't know that the mouse software i was using is a hack meaning that there will be a right or wrong scenarios. Look im just asking for opinions.

I've never seen a confirmed case of vanguard suspending someone falsely that hasn't been revoked
and the only 2 cheaters that have bypassed it in my games were both suspended mid game

well I would assume the vanguard logs simply show a diagnostic of what drivers were running on the computer and some other stuff, I don't think it would show in game stuff
vanguard has to run from computer start so its easier to tell if something non essential is launched
