Can't create a ticket on Riot Games website

Hello, i need help with my account but can't create a ticket, once i try to submit it, a white page comes up with the text ''Forbidden'', and after i tried to refresh the page it says: ''oops, the page you were looking for does not exist'', so i actually don't know what to do since i really need help with my account. Any suggestions?
